We accept insurance with MD  Rx.  A co pay is required on date of visit.

 

What is a copay?  Co pay is the Insurances required amount the patient must pay in order to receive the benefits of the Insurance.  The customery amount due is 20% or a fixed co pay amount.

 

Massage Therapy runs $60/hour and $45/half hour  This is usually not paid by most insurance plans

 

Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy is billed under Insurance and runs approximately $120/hour.  Initial Evaluation runs about $160/for the first visit.

A typical copay is $25.00/visit.

 

How long does Therapy last?  Usually 1month at a time and depends on level of disease or injury.  So if you are seen 2x/week for 4 weeks your typical copay is $200.00 out of pocket as long as all deductibles have been met.
